HSM is not able to provide on campus housing. However, our housing department will assist you in finding lodging in the HSM area.
We have negotiated rates with quality apartment complexes within 10 minutes of the HSM campus. Though every HSM student is responsible for his/her housing, we will give our best effort to pair roommates and make recommendations. The average 2 bedroom apartment in the area ranges from $700-$900 a month. We recommend students pair up 4 to an apartment. The cost savings can be substantial.If you desire, HSM will place your name and phone number on a list and make it available to others looking for similar types of housing arrangements. Our housing department must approve all roommate selections.
