International Admissions

Requirements

Character: Students will be expected to live in accordance with godly principles as stated in the catalog. Applicants must have had a personal relationship with Jesus for a minimum of one year prior to enrollment at HSM.

Academic: In order to attend HSM, Applicants must have completed high school and have either a certified diploma or GED.

Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old prior to enrollment in their first semester at HSM.

Fee: A non-refundable $70 application fee (US funds) must be sent with your application. Include a check or money order payable to HSM with your application form.

How to Apply

Application: Please complete all questions in the application. If a question does not apply, write N/A (not applicable). When finished, please sign and date the form to avoid any delay in the processing of your application.

Transcript requests: Using the transcript request forms below, request certified transcripts directly from the high school of your graduation and the last college or university that you may have attended. Transcripts and GED certificates must be sent directly to HSM from the issuing agency.

Recommendations

Personal: Using the forms below, provide HSM with two personal recommendations. Each recommendation must be completed by a mature Christian adult who has known you for at least one year and is not a relative.

Pastoral: The pastoral recommendation form must be completed by a pastor (non-relative) from your home church. Please choose a pastor who knows you well and can provide HSM with the most complete picture of who you are.

Medical History: A medical history record is required for all applicants. Please complete the enclosed form and return with your application.

Photograph: Attach a clear, head and shoulder photo that fits the designated box on the application form. Passport photos, computer generated and scanned images are acceptable if they are very clear.

After you apply

When the Admissions Office has received all your forms, fully completed, your application for admission will be evaluated. You will then be notified by the Admissions Office as to the status of your application.
