Pastor Steve Hill, Founder / President
Pastor, Heartland World Ministries Church, Las Colinas, TX
Fueled by his own dramatic deliverance from drugs, alcohol and crime in 1975, Steve Hill dedicates his life to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. His passion to help those who are hurting and his pursuit of genuine, God-breathed revival have only intensified after years of missionary work, church planting, and evangelistic crusades.
From 1995 to 2000, Steve served as the evangelist of the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida. Widely covered by the media, this incredible series of meetings drew over 4 million people through the doors of the Brownsville Assembly of God Church. News began to spread around the world that something out of the ordinary was happening at this revival. During those five years, the devout, the cynical, and the curious came from all walks of life, traveling from as many as 150 different nations around the globe. Hundreds of thousands wept at the altars, repented of sinful lifestyles, and gave their lives to Jesus. Lives were dramatically changed, marriages were restored, and addictions were broken as the Gospel of Jesus Christ was presented with clarity.
Steve and his evangelistic team hold arena and stadium crusades around the world. These widely attended events prove once again that the unaltered teachings of the Bible are still relevant and applicable to life today.
Steve and his wife, Jeri are the founders and senior pastors of Heartland World Ministries Church, a thriving group of believers in the Dallas, Fort Worth area. At Heartland, thousands are coming to Christ and receiving a fresh touch from God.
In the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex and around the world, Steve Hill continues to call sinners to repentance and challenge believers to go after God.

Al Roever, Instructor of Theology / Director of Missions
Associate Pastor, Heartland World Ministries Church, Las Colinas, TX
Al Roever is a preacher's kid who grew up in South Texas in the 50's and 60's. He graduated from Cuero High School in 1961 and attended Rice University in Houston, Texas 1961-1965. During those years his faith was severely tried and found wanting. Al became an atheist his senior year at Rice.
The study of Philosophy contributed a great deal to this failure. However, as a result, when he was saved at the age of 22 Roever committed his life to building a faith that would be unshakeable.
After graduating with a B. A. in Romance Languages he taught French at Southwestern Assemblies of God College and took 23 hours of Bible, Theology and related courses. Then he followed up with 12 hours of Philosophy at the University of Texas, Arlington. Since then Roever has pastored three churches and worked eight years for his evangelist brother, Dave Roever. He is currently a professor at the Heartland School of Ministry.
Al Roever is driven by a passion to prevent young people from falling into the same trap he did. His teaching is designed to force people to think deeply about everything they believe and to develop an ability to communicate their faith clearly and powerfully.

Joe Oden, Instructor of Theology-Evangelism
Evangelism Pastor, Heartland World Ministries Church, Las Colinas, TX
Joe Oden grew up in Mobile, Alabama and was delivered from a life of alcohol and substance abuse through an Acts 9 encounter with Jesus Christ. This experience propelled Joe into ministry, and the flame for evangelism still burns today. Joe graduated from the Brownsville School of Ministry during the heat of the revival which began in 1995. He had the privilege to be mentored by men who have been used mightily by God.
Johnny Jernigan and Larry Tomczak were a crucial part in forging Joe into the man he is today and still speak into his life on a continual basis. Joe is now mentored by Pastor and Evangelist Steve Hill. Joe has worked oversees and in America with Reinhard Bonnke, Rodney Howard Brown, Cindy Jacobs, Scott Hinkle and Dr. Michael Brown.
Joe had the privilege to be on the 700 Club, TBN's Praise the Lord, CNN, National Public Radio, and various newspapers. Joe currently travels around America and the world mobilizing the church and igniting flames of revival to win souls. Joe brings a fresh message of revival fire coupled with an anointing to teach the local church how to effectively evangelize their community with the gospel. He also serves as the Director of Evangelism at Heartland World Ministries Church and Heartland School of Ministry. Joe brings a dynamic edge to the classroom that impacts young disciples to carry the gospel to a lost and dying world.
Over the past decade, Joe Oden has had the privilege to serve the church and body of Christ as a foreign missionary, a missionary evangelist to America, a professor, and a church planter. Joe has ministered in Thailand (where a church was planted and is there still today), India, England, Scotland, Switzerland, Holland, Poland, Mexico and Nigeria. Throughout these nations souls were saved, people were healed, churches were planted, and churches were mobilized to win their cities.
The vision God has given Joe Oden comes from Ephesians 4:11-12: "It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, some to be pastors and some to be teachers, to prepare God's people for the works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up." and Luke 4:18-19: "The Spirit of he Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."
