God has given us a heart for the local church. It’s part of the vision of HSM to help strengthen local churches. One of the exciting new approaches we are undertaking to assist local churches is our Adopt-A-Church ministry.
We want our students to pass on what they’ve learned at Heartland School of Ministry in the form of hands-on ministry in a local church setting. Imagine what it would mean to a church to have a team of students attend and work in their church on a weekly basis working with a pastor who needs and welcomes their help.
In addition to long-term local church ministry, we also want to provide weekend outreach ministry to churches across America who would like to host one of our traveling student outreach teams for a time of special outreach and services.
If you are a Pastor or leader in the local church, we want you to know that we are already praying for you. We have a sincere passion to see local churches being used to reach their communities with the power and presence of God.
At the bottom of this page you will see all the necessary contact information. We would love to hear from you!
MissionJesus described His ministry as a fulfillment of the prophesy found in Isaiah 61:1,2 and Luke 4:18-19. “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison doors to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD…”
Just as God’s power was evident in Jesus’ ministry, we want to see the sick healed, the bound set free and lost come home to God through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and through operating in the supernatural to confirm God’s Word with signs and wonders following!
MessageOur message…it’s simple. Our students have learned we preach and teach that only the blood of Jesus can cleanse from sin, we embrace the cross as not only a symbol of Jesus’ death, but the place where Jesus took our place so we could receive His righteousness.
We believe that the evangelization of the world is every believer’s responsibility. Like Paul, we believe that the message of the blood, the cross and God’s power should come through in the way in which we minister to others. “…My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Our message is power. Our message is life. Our message is freedom. Our message is healing. Our message is deliverance. Our message is holiness. Our message is intimacy with Jesus. Our message is love. Our message is passion. Our message is missions. Our message is the nations. Our message is forgiveness. Our message is the Blood. Our message is faith. Our message is miracles. Our message is the Truth. Our message is Jesus…
MovementWe are interested in a network of churches who desire to work together to see a sweeping movement of God in the United States and around the world! Whether you are a pastor, ministry leader, or a Christian with a heart for revival, we are here to partner with you in Spirit-empowered ministry.
There is great anticipation for everything the Lord is going to accomplish in days ahead. Heartland School of Ministry is a place for ministry-minded people to exchange ideas, develop mutually beneficial relationships which together will become a united voice promoting a great move of God throughout the world!
There is a movement that HAS BEGUN…
MinistersPsalm 104:4 says that God “…makes His ministers a flame of fire.” That is also descriptive of the ministers that we are developing here at Heartland School of Ministry.
The prophet Jeremiah declared in Jeremiah 20:9, that God’s words were like a burning fire in his heart that was shut up in his bones and that he could not hold them back. Our students experience the same thing that Jeremiah experienced when he wrote these words. Here at Heartland, we agree with the Words of John Wesley, that we are to “Preach as a dying man to dying men.”
